Cullen International has updated its Legislation Navigator with the final official text of the European Electronic Communications Code (EECC).
The Cullen Legislation Navigator provides an online tool to locate and review relevant legislative provisions, as covered by Cullen International’s regulatory intelligence services.
Users can easily compare the different text versions of individual provisions, as well as cross-refer directly to the relevant recitals and other related reports.
The updated module now also includes a comparison between the 2002/2009 EU regulatory framework for electronic communications and the EECC.
Users can still access the latest texts of the trilogue negotiations, showing a comparison between the EU Commission’s originally proposed text, and the positions of the EU Parliament and the Council.
