Cullen International EECC Decoder: regulatory remedies explained 04 February 19

The European Electronic Communications Code (EECC) sets new rules on how national regulators should impose regulatory remedies on operators.

Cullen International's new "Decoder" explains in an easy overview which remedies apply to different business models (vertically integrated, wholesale-only, voluntary separation and co-investment).

It addresses the standard SMP remedies as well as new obligations such as symmetric access, localised roaming agreements and price caps on intra-EU voice calls and SMS.
