Cullen International’s new benchmark shows the health limits for exposure to electromagnetic fields in the 19 European countries covered by the Cullen International Spectrum Service.
Most countries set the limits for mobile base stations as recommended by the International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection in 1998.
Five countries have imposed stricter limits which makes it more difficult to deploy new mobile networks.
