Cullen International has updated its Legislation Navigator with the official text of the proposed Digital Networks Act (DNA).
It allows easy browsing through the 416 recitals, 210 articles, 50 definitions and 6 annexes proposed.
It includes the ability to make easy comparisons of the proposed text with the European Electronic Communications Code (EECC) that is currently in force.

The Cullen Legislation Navigator is an online tool to locate and review the most important EU legislative provisions in the Telecoms, Digital Economy, Audiovisual Media, Postal sector, Sustainability and Competition Law.
Beyond the ‘Compare' feature, the tool offers a direct view of the recitals related to each article in most texts, and links to related Cullen International reports on decisions by the Court of Justice of the EU.
To discover the tool and the new DNA module for yourself, please click on “Access the full content” if you are a client - or on “Request Access” for a free demo.
