New benchmark on the implementation of Roam Like At Home 01 August 17

Cullen International has published a new benchmark looking at the implementation of the EU rules abolishing retail international mobile roaming surcharges (Roam Like At Home, RLAH).

In eight European countries, national regulators granted derogations for one or more operators to continue adding a retail surcharge to RLAH tariffs. In Sweden and Portugal, derogations were rejected. Applications are still pending in a few countries.

This new benchmark has been published in the scope of our Consumer Protection service.
