Cullen International recently participated in a research consortium that prepared an impact assessment support study for the European Commission. The study informed the Commission’s preparatory work for its Digital Markets Act proposal, presented in December 2020. 

Cullen International contributed to the regulatory gap analysis and identification of recurrent issues in past and pending antitrust investigations against digital platforms. It also mapped and summarised policy approaches to digital platforms in countries in Europe and in certain other regions.
