Cullen International's Legislation Navigator displays the official text of the European Commission's proposed Digital Networks Act (DNA).
Now this tool also offers a direct view of the recitals related to each article. It allows easier browsing through the 416 recitals and 210 articles.

In addition, the Legislation Navigator includes the "Compare" feature that makes comparisons of the proposed DNA with the European Electronic Communications Code (EECC) that is currently in force.

The Cullen Legislation Navigator is an online tool to locate and review the most important EU legislative provisions in the Telecoms, Digital Economy, Audiovisual Media, Postal sector, Sustainability and Competition Law.
Beyond the ‘Compare' feature, the tool offers a direct view of the recitals related to each article in most texts, and links to related Cullen International reports on decisions by the Court of Justice of the EU.
