Our latest benchmark on the transposition status of the Collective Redress Directive shows that, among the 17 EU surveyed countries, Bulgaria, France and Spain have not yet transposed the Collective Redress Directive (CRD). The CRD should have been transposed into national law by 25 December 2022.

The benchmark also shows that some notable collective redress actions were taken recently in:
- Germany, an action was brought against Amazon for reducing the quality of the sound and video on Prime Video, while increasing advertising;
- the Netherlands, an action against X was initiated in relation to alleged data breaches resulting from insufficient platform security.
