Cullen International has updated its cheat sheet providing an overview of the obligations of the EU Digital Markets Act (DMA) that the first companies designated as gatekeepers – Alphabet, Amazon, Apple, ByteDance, Meta and Microsoft – had to comply with by 7 March 2024.
The cheat sheet links the DMA obligations to past and ongoing cases in which the European Commission or national competition authorities have addressed similar practices in their competition law investigations.
