Cullen International has published a cheat sheet providing an overview of the 18 obligations and prohibitions for gatekeepers under the draft Digital Markets Act, together with references to competition cases where the European Commission or national competition authorities have addressed the same or similar practices ex post.
The obligations and prohibitions under the draft DMA would apply to digital platforms designated as gatekeepers.
