Cullen International has updated its Legislation Navigator with the official texts of the proposals for a Digital Markets Act (DMA) and a Digital Services Act (DSA).
The Cullen Legislation Navigator provides an online tool to locate and review the most important EU legislative provisions in the Telecoms, Audiovisual Media and Postal sectors, and the Digital Economy.
The tool provides several features to save users significant time when reviewing and analysing the proposals. In particular, the tool allows users to make easy comparisons of the different text versions of individual provisions (including proposed amendments), have direct sight of the recitals relating to each article, and provides links to relevant competition law cases and other related Cullen International reports.
To discover the tool and the new modules for yourself, please click on “Access the full content” if you are a client - or on “Request Access” for a free demo.
