Cullen International has updated its Legislation Navigator to add the two key pieces of European postal legislation.
The Cullen Legislation Navigator provides an online tool to locate and review relevant legislative provisions, as covered by Cullen International's regulatory intelligence services.
Users can easily find individual provisions, as well as cross-refer directly to the relevant recitals and other related reports.
The updated module now also includes the consolidated text of the Postal Services Directive (incorporating the amendments made in 2002 and 2008 to the original 1997 text) and the 2018 Regulation on cross-border parcel delivery services.
The Cullen Legislation Navigator will also enable easy comparison of different versions of the legislative text when new proposals are being made - something that will be especially useful if, as anticipated, the Postal Services Directive is to be reviewed in the near future.
