Our new benchmark on quality of service (QoS) in the Middle East and North Africa region shows whether operators must publish reports on their QoS performance or have their measurements audited. It also includes the main QoS targets set for mobile and fixed services.
All of the researched countries, except for Bahrain and UAE, set targets for QoS. However, operators are required to report their actual QoS performance in all countries.
