The rise of the digital economy poses challenges for traditional approaches to antitrust and merger control enforcement.

- access and use of big data,
- the market power and behaviour of online platforms;
- and contractual restrictions on online sales.
The keen interest of the European Commission and of national competition authorities in these issues is reflected in a growing number of cases, studies and sector enquiries that are covered by our new Tracker.
