Cullen International’s new benchmarks show the quality levels required for wholesale broadband services across countries in Western Europe.
Being able to measure and compare these national standards for the supply and repair of wholesale broadband lines is critical to ensure non-discriminatory behaviour between regulated operators and access seekers.
In most researched countries, alternative operators must give at least an indicative forecast of their upcoming wholesale orders. Key performance indicators (KPIs) on the provisioning and the repair of wholesale services are normally available to market players.
These new benchmarks have been published in the scope of our European Telecoms service.
