This event has passed"Free Ad-supported Streaming Services" (FAST) are rapidly entering the market and may be challenging the application of the EU Audiovisual Media Services (AVMS) Directive.
FAST services have blended characteristics some of which may fit with the classification of services in scope of the AVMS Directive while others may not.
