Competition Law

Cullen International’s Competition Law service, launched in 2015, monitors and analyses antitrust (restrictive agreements and abuses of dominance) and merger control developments in Europe, covering the telecoms, media, digital economy and postal sectors.

The service is designed for use by all major players in the above sectors, including operators, regulators and government ministries.

  • convenient and easy way to track key competition law themes (Trackers)
  • answers to specific questions at no extra cost (Enquiries).

The Competition Law service is available on an annual subscription basis.
