Reports on key developments in telecommunications regulation in CEE countries. Issued every three months.

Cross-Country Analysis

Comparative tables benchmarking specific regulatory topics in each of the 15 countries.

Topics covered include: authorisation/licensing, interconnection regulation for fixed and mobile networks, local loop unbundling, bitstream access, retail tariff regulation, voice over IP, universal service, and traffic data retention. Updated every three months.
