The objective of this observatory was to assess and report on the development of telecommunications and postal regulations in 10 Central and Eastern European countries (Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia).
